The process of making a bouquet of chocolates
- Inside the candy paste the stem, tightly fix the tape, from the bottom of the chosen candy to the stem. We also wrap up the stalk with scotch, otherwise the candy will fly off.
- From the paper, we cut out 2 squares (the preferred width is 1.5 strips), then we overlap each other and add them in half. Cut the corner from the arc by starting from the bottom right corner in the direction to the upper left corner. We unfold the paper and stretch it slightly in the middle.
- In the resulting deepening we put the candy fixed on the stalk. We wrap the paper around the candy, and fix the base with a thread.
- The outer edges of the resulting flower straighten.
- With the rest of the candies we do the same actions.
- We collect flowers in a bouquet. Stems are equalized to the same length. So that the bouquet does not crumble, at the base of the flowers the stems are tightly wrapped with scotch tape.
- To the bouquet add leaves. The leaves on the stem can be fixed, and between buds they will hold without fixation.
