Lawyer of the family Jeanne Friske commented on Dmitry Shepelev's rights to inheritance

The undeclared war between the relatives of Zhanna Friske and the civil husband of the singer Dmitry Shepelev continues. Periodically, the claims of relatives are calmed down so that after a while the TV presenter can attack with new force, involving in this process thousands of spectators watching the latest news in the media.

One of these days in mass media there were rumors that Dmitry Shepelev offered Jeanne Friske's father a deal: native singers refuse from their share in the country mansion, which Dmitry has been building for several years, and he will not claim the Moscow apartment of the star.

Relatives of the artist to protect their interests hired lawyer Alexander Karabanov. The human rights defender denied the information that appeared in the media. According to Karabanov, Shepelev did not discuss the topic of the division of property with Zhanna's relatives. Also, the lawyer noted that according to the law the TV presenter does not have any rights to the inheritance of the famous singer:
Shepelev has nothing to do with Jeanne Friske's legacy. The only heir of Jeanne Friske is her son Plato

At the same time, Karabanov stressed that the parents of Zhanna Friske are not going to deprive their only grandson's inheritance, and now they have no material issues on the agenda. Recall that at the end of November there will be a meeting of guardianship bodies on the issue of communication of native singer with little Platon.
