Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Lubricate the bread pan with oil and set aside. Mix together flour, flaxseed, salt, baking powder and soda in a bowl, set aside. Beat the egg and egg white in a bowl with an electric mixer at medium speed, about 2 minutes. Add the melted butter, sugar, vanilla and banana puree, mix. Add flour mixture and whisk at low speed, about 10 seconds. Add walnuts. Pour the dough into the mold. Bake until golden brown, about 35 minutes. Allow to cool slightly in the form. Remove from the mold and allow to cool completely on the grate.
