Lenten patties with cabbage

In a bowl, mix the flour and dry yeast. In a separate container we mix warm water, floors Ingredients: Instructions

In a bowl, mix the flour and dry yeast. In a separate container, mix warm water, half the oil, salt and sugar. In small portions add the liquid mixture to the dry, hands knead the dough. When the whole liquid mixture is added to the dry, add the remaining vegetable oil and knead the dough with your hands. The resulting dough is covered with a towel and leave in a warm place for 1 hour. Carrots rub on the middle grater, cabbage finely shred. We warm up a little oil in the sauté pan, fry the carrots for a couple of minutes. Add cabbage and spices, salt and pepper to taste. Stir, cover with a lid and simmer under the lid until the softness of the vegetables. When the filling cools down and the dough rises, we make pies: dough is rolled into sausage and cut into pieces of the same size, each piece is rolled into a flat cake, put a little stuffing in the center of the flat cake, we patch the edges and form a patty. Patties with a seam down are laid out on a greased baking sheet and baked until cooked at a temperature of 190 degrees (the baking time depends heavily on the size of the patties and oven, so be guided by the appearance of the patties - when the blush is good, you can get it). Pastry pies with cabbage are ready. Bon Appetit! ;)
