Warm salad with chicken liver Surely every woman often has such situations when you need to quickly and deliciously feed the brutally hungry man, and there are no ready meals or half-finished products in the refrigerator. Usually in such cases, fried eggs are fried in an instant, omelets are cooked or sandwiches are cut. But if you have a chicken liver, then in a matter of minutes you can prepare a very satisfying, incredibly tasty and amazingly beautiful dish - a salad with a liver. Of course, in addition to the liver, it will require some other ingredients, but the good housewife in the refrigerator always has eggs, tomatoes and cabbage lettuce or Peking cabbage. Avocados are more difficult - this fruit has not yet been rife and appreciated, but, believe me, it's worth it. Although it's not worth trying it just like some fruit, you probably will not like it. But in the composition of a salad with a liver and many other dishes, it is magnificent. In this case (in the case when a loved one is knocking on the table with a spoon) especially, as the avocado will give your quick but tasty salad extra satiety and caloric content. Therefore, let this fruit also take pride of place in the list of foods that should always be in the refrigerator.
Ingredients:- Chicken liver 400 g
- Cabbage, Beijing 1 pc.
- Avocado 1 pc.
- Tomatoes 2 pcs.
- Eggs of chicken 4 pcs.
- Mayonnaise 4 tbsp. l.
- Sauce tomato spicy 2 tbsp. l.
- Cognac 1 tbsp. l.
- Pepper black ground 2 pinch
- Salt 2 pinch
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 2 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 To prepare the salad, take the chicken liver, 2-3 medium tomatoes, ripe avocado, Peking cabbage, eggs, mayonnaise and hot tomato sauce for refueling.
- Step 2 Chicken liver is well washed, cut into strips and fried in vegetable oil until cooked, adding salt and black ground pepper to taste.
- Step 3 Eggs boiled hard (dip into cold water and cook for 10 minutes from the boiling point). Then cool, peel and cut into 4-6 parts.
- Step 4 Avocado peel, remove bone and cut into slices. Cut tomatoes into slices.
- Step 5 Cut the Chinese cabbage into thin strips.
- Step 6 Prepare the dressing: combine mayonnaise, hot tomato sauce, cognac and add salt to taste.
- Step 7 This salad is best served in a bowl. We spread the products in layers: first the Peking cabbage, then the slices of avocado and tomato.
- Step 8 On top lay eggs, a few spoons of toasted liver and sprinkle with 2-3 teaspoons of dressing.
