Preheat the oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit (150 degrees C). Lightly grease the baking dish. In a large bowl, whisk together the butter and sugar. Continuing to beat, add eggs one at a time. Add corn, chilli, Monterey Jack cheese and cheddar cheese to the cream, mix. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, corn flour, baking powder and salt, mix. Add the dough into the corn mixture; stir until smooth. Pour the dough into the prepared form. Bake in a preheated oven for 1 hour, or until the toothpick inserted in the center of the mold, will not come out clean.
