- baking powder - 3 teaspoons

1. Mix the flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Gradually pour the milk, stirring with a fork. 2. Add a sufficient amount of water (1/4 to 1/2 cup) to make a homogeneous dough. Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and let the dough stand for 35 to 45 minutes. 3. Put the vegetable fat in a large pan and melt to get a layer of fat about 2.5-5 cm in height. 4. Pinch a piece of dough, place it on a clean working surface and form a circle with a diameter of 10-17 cm. You can also make one large bread, if you want. 5. Place the bread in a frying pan and fry on one side until golden brown, about 1 minute. 6. Then gently turn over to the other side using forceps. Fry for another 30 to 45 seconds. 7. Put the bread on a paper towel and drain. In the meantime, fry the remaining dough. Serve the bread warm.
