Blow one cheek and roll the air from it to the other. Roll air from one cheek to another 30-40 times.

Stick out your tongue and try to reach them to the chin. This exercise increases the tone of the muscles of the palate and the larynx. Repeat 15 times.

Pull forward the lower jaw, then with a little pressure, return it to its place. Repeat 20 times.

Regular training of the muscles of the larynx and the sky will allow you to get rid of snoring, illness of stopping breathing in a dream and from many other problems caused by snoring.

Also on sale are special sprays and drops for snoring people. They maintain the tone of tissues in sleep, facilitating the entry of air into the lungs. These medications, however, do not completely solve the problem of snoring. In especially severe cases of snoring (for example, when the tongue falls into the throat), a medical examination is necessary.
