In a bowl, stir cottage cheese, half sugar and lemon juice. The resulting mixture is put in a mold with gauze, trying not to crumple it. Hit the mold several times on the table to remove the air inside. Let the dessert stand for 2 hours. Mix 250 g of raspberries, the remaining half of sugar and 100 ml of water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, mash to a consistency of mashed potatoes and mix with the rest of the berries. Carefully remove the curd heart from the mold, pour a warm berry sauce and serve with whipped cream.
