Cake with mascarpone

Mix a cup of flour, 2/3 cups of sugar, a peel of one lemon and 6 tsp. melted butter. We mix it thoroughly with a spatula. In a separate bowl we sift 2 cups of flour, a teaspoon of baking powder and soda. In another bowl, mix 100 gr. Butter, lemon zest, a cup of sugar. Mix well, then add 3 eggs and juice of one lemon. In the resulting mass, add the dry mixture from the previous step, whisk thoroughly. The resulting dough is divided into two forms for baking. On top put a little frozen or fresh berries. On top, we spread the cream mixture from the first step. We send it to the oven, heated up to 180 degrees, and bake until dry toothpick - about 30-40 minutes. Ready biscuits cool. In the meantime, prepare the cream. Whisk until homogeneous mascarpone, milk and 4 tsp. Sahara. We take a biscuit cake, we grease with the resulting cream from mascarpone. Top with a second biscuit cake and sprinkle the whole thing with powdered sugar. We give the cake to stand in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour (it is necessary that the cream slightly hardens), after which the cake can be served to the table. Bon Appetit!
