1. Chop the white chocolate. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees. Line the baking tray with parchment paper or a silicone mat. Mix the flour, baking powder, soda and salt in a bowl. Beat butter and sugar with a mixer in a bowl at medium speed. Scrape off the remainder of the mixture on a bowl with a rubber spatula, then add the egg and vanilla extract and beat again.
