Remember your day: again did not have time to have breakfast, then before lunch several times snacked or just drank a cup of coffee, then completely forgot about the afternoon snack, they came home late, and in a cozy home atmosphere relaxed for a plentiful dinner. Do not forget that any preservatives contain salt, so it is better to eat fresh foods.

Of course, the sweet increases the level of glucose, contributes to the production of endorphin (a hormone of happiness), so with strong nervous shocks it is useful to eat tiles of bitter chocolate. But seizing problems sweet is one of the most harmful eating habits. Excess sugar causes obesity and diabetes, joint and spine diseases, pressure spikes. Try to "curb" the sweet tooth in yourself: if you have a bad mood - watch a merry movie or chat with a girlfriend, do not rush to the counter with cakes. Instead of a cake, eat a few spoons of honey or a handful of raisins.
