Mix all dry ingredients in a bowl. Add the cubes of cold oil. We rub into a crumb. Pour the buttermilk. Mix well with a fork. We shift the mixture onto the flour-topped working surface and knead the dough. We form a cake from a dough about 4 cm thick, from it we cut out biscuits with a diameter of 5-6 cm. We cover the baking tray with parchment paper, lay out the biscuits on it. Bake for 22-25 minutes at 200 degrees. The cookies should acquire a golden hue and rise substantially. Lubricate the finished cookies with melted butter (optional). The cookie is ready! Lightly cool and serve with jam, jam or honey.
