Pineapples should be dried with a napkin and sprinkled with powdered sugar. Let them lie there for about 10 minutes. The dough is rolled into a thin (about 5 mm) layer and cut into strips about 1 cm wide. The pineapple rings around the whole diameter are wrapped with dough strips, as in the photo. In the center of the ringlet put a little bit of dough and berries. Lubricate our cookies with a beaten egg, put it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper. Bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees. Done!
