Ingredients. We break eggs into a bowl. Add the milk, whisk thoroughly. In a frying pan, melt the butter. Pour the egg mixture into a frying pan. After a minute for one half of the omelet, add a couple of slices of blue cheese and fresh leaves of tarhun. A minute later, cover the cheese with the tarhoon with another half of the omelet. We cook another 1-2 minutes - and the omelette is ready!
