Preparing homemade toffee It is difficult to imagine a childhood without toffee. Caramel, creamy, chocolate, with nuts, Golden Key candies or just in the tile, crumbly or permanently sticking to the palate: whatever they are - taffies always cause pleasant sweet memories. To your attention I propose a recipe for homemade toffee, the taste of which reminds candy "Korovka" with a caramel-milk taste.
Ingredients:- Condensed milk 300 g
- Butter 100 g
- Wheat flour 2 tbsp. l.
- Milk powder 200 g
- Water boiled 100 ml
- Step 1 To prepare the toffee, you need dried milk, butter, flour, condensed milk and water.
- Step 2 In a frying pan with a thick bottom, press the butter.
- Step 3 Add the flour and fry until golden brown.
- Step 4 Add the condensed milk and fry, stirring for 10 minutes.
- Step 5 In the meantime, the milk powder is diluted in boiled water at room temperature and added to the condensed milk in a frying pan.
- Step 6 If the mass is too thick, then add a little water and stirring to cook for 30 minutes, until the mass becomes a golden golden cap.
- Step 7 Put into container and level with spatula.
- Step 8 Then make the dividing strips along and across, so that it would be more convenient to break the toffee. Leave in the refrigerator for 5 hours and you can serve with tea!
