Orange muffins

1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. In a medium bowl of electric mix Ingredients: Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Whisk butter and sugar in an average bowl with an electric mixer. Add eggs, beat well and mix mass with flour. 2. Dissolve the soda in the buttermilk, then add to the cooked dough together with the orange peel. Stir well until smooth. If you do not have buttermilk, you can add 1 tablespoon of white vinegar to slightly less than 1 cup of milk. 3. Lubricate the muffin mold and lightly sprinkle with flour. Fill in the forms for 2/3 of their volume. This recipe produces about 36 muffins or 3 large forms. 4. Bake muffins at 190 degrees from 12 to 17 minutes (or 20-25 minutes for regular cupcakes) until the muffins are browned. 5. To prepare the orange glaze, in a separate bowl, mix the brown sugar and juice from the oranges. Mix well the mass. You should get about a cup. Pour the frosting onto warm muffins.
