1. Peel and grind peaches. In a large bowl, mix the flour, oatmeal, sugar and baking powder. 2. In a separate bowl, beat the egg, peach yogurt, butter, olive oil and vanilla extract. Gradually add the oil mixture to the dry ingredients. 3. Mix thoroughly until a uniform consistency is obtained. 4. Add the pieces of peaches and gently mix, trying not to damage them. 5.
