The first thing to do is to clean the fish and prepare the loin pieces. Pikeperch is cleaned easily: cut off the head and fins, cut off the tail, cut the abdomen, carefully cut the loin parts. We rub in the mortar used spices. We rub the fish with our aromatic spices and set aside the minutes for 10-15. We break eggs into a bowl, add some spices to it. Whisk whisk until homogeneous. Then add about half a cup of boiled water and flour, whisk again whiskey until smooth. Dip the pieces of fish into the cooked dice. Immediately after this, lay the pieces of fish on a heated frying pan and fry in oil until a golden crust is formed on one side. Then turn and fry until crust on the other side. We serve immediately.
