Chop the onions and let them in the frying pan until half-ready in oil. 2. Add to it finely chopped carrots. We bring it to readiness, reduce fire. 3. Pre-thawed mushrooms are thrown to the vegetables. Fry it. 4. We wait until the excess liquid leaves the mushrooms, then add tomato paste, salt, before and spices to taste. We languish in a small fire. 5. Meanwhile, we wash the rice, put it in a pan with thick walls. 6. Fill with two glasses of water. We mix our mixture there.
