Ingredients:- White Beans Dry 500g
- Onion 2 pcs.
- Pepper sweet 1 pc.
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Walnut 100 g
- Tomato juice 250 ml
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Cilantro fresh 1 bunch
- Bay leaf 3 pcs.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Basil dry 0.5 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 3 pinch
- Mixture of hops-suneli 0.5 tsp.
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Step 1 For this dish, take: dry white beans, red sweet pepper, onions, carrots, garlic, walnuts, a bunch of fresh coriander, a glass of homemade tomato juice (can be replaced with fresh tomatoes), spices.
- Step 2 Beans rinse, pour water and leave overnight.
- Step 3 After that, drain the water in which the beans were soaked, pour in fresh, add a few leaves of laurel pepper and cook for 90 minutes on low heat.
- Step 4 Chop the onions and peppers into large cubes, and cut the carrot into strips.
- Step 5 Peel the nuts from the shell and chop. You can do this with a blender, stupa or knife.
- Step 6 Fry onion, pepper and carrots in a heated frying pan with oil added for 5 minutes. Then add crushed nuts and spices.
