The pineapple compote is prepared as follows: 1. Pineapple, peel and cut into small cubes. 2. Fold the pineapple in a saucepan, fill it with water (about 2.5 liters of water) and put it on the fire. 3. Bring to a boil, add sugar and juice of one lemon. Cool and serve.
