First we will prepare all the necessary ingredients. Fish need to be processed - cut the fins, head and tail. First, put the potatoes into the water. Solim. When potatoes are almost cooked, lay all the other finely chopped vegetables (you can make a roast of them - this is optional). In a ready vegetable broth we put fish (entirely!). After the fish is cooked, we take it out and put it on a plate. We select the flesh of the fish and put it back into the soup. The soup is almost ready. We add a little vegetable oil (if we did not make roast from vegetables), chopped fresh herbs, seasonings. Our soup is ready!
