Pistachio Nuts, Useful Properties

Pistachio is a low arboreal plant of the Sumahov family. Blooms in early spring, and full maturation of the fruit occurs in late summer or early autumn. The full value of ripening fruits, small oblong nuts, determines the color of the pulp: the brighter the green tint, the more useful it is.
