The most popular breakfast Eggs is perhaps one of the most popular dishes in Europe and in our country. In Britain and Ireland, this dish is considered a traditional breakfast, and fried eggs in Spain are usually cooked on a cake. The secret of the amazing popularity of this dish lies in the simplicity of its preparation and a huge variation of recipes. Scrambled eggs can be of two kinds - fried eggs and chatterbox. In the first variant it is important to keep the yolk whole, in the second, the eggs are mixed. I suggest you cook a classic chatterbox with fresh tomatoes and spices, which is perfect for an easy summer breakfast.
Ingredients:- Eggs of chicken 4 pcs.
- Tomatoes 2 pcs.
- Butter 10 g
- Basil dry 0.5 tsp.
- Oregano dry 0.5 tsp.
- Paprika sweet ground 0.5 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Salt 1 pinch
- Parsley fresh 0.25 bunch
- Step 1 For two small portions, we need: 4 eggs, 2 medium ripe tomatoes, a tablespoon of butter, a few sprigs of parsley, salt and spices.
- Step 2 Bat the tomatoes with boiling water and hold in a hot water for a couple of minutes. Make cross-shaped incisions on each tomato and gently peel off the skin.
- Step 3 Cut the tomatoes, cut the stems and cut into small cubes. Greenery to chop.
- Step 4 Heat the butter in a frying pan, add sliced tomatoes, greens, salt and spices. Mix well. Fry on medium heat until tomatoes are softened into sauce. You can directly suppress the most rigid cubes in a frying pan.
- Step 5 Drive the eggs in and mix them quickly and thoroughly with the sauce until the protein has warmed up. Fry over medium heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring. The more you interfere with fried eggs, the airier it will turn out.
- Step 6 When most of the liquid is absorbed and the eggs turn into "lambs", the dish is ready. Serve with bread or a sandwich with slightly salted fish. Have a nice breakfast!
