Melt water is used after defrosting in its pure form, without any additives. Healing properties of water are preserved for 5-7 hours after defrosting. As a recovery, thawed water is consumed daily for half an hour before meals 4 times a day. To get a good effect, the course of intake should be at least a month, but not more than 45 days. A day should drink 500 ml or more of water. If you are going to heat melt water and drink it warm, you need to remember that the temperature should not be more than 37 degrees. Otherwise, melt water loses its useful properties.

Currently, thawed water obtained from snow is unlikely to bring a curative effect, as there is an increased pollution of the environment, and snow contains a lot of harmful substances for the body. In connection with this, it is better to prepare water in a home environment.

Do not artificially heat or defrost. It is best to get water from the freezer in the evening, so that by morning it completely melted.

Recommendations for the preparation of "living" water

1. It is not recommended to use snow from the freezer, ice or snow from the street. Of these, melt water can get dirty, and most likely, it will have an unpleasant taste and smell;

2. Water is better to be frozen in plastic bottles. Do not freeze water in a metal container;

3. In the process of freezing, discard the very first piece of ice that has formed. Similarly, during thawing, discard the core, which remains undrained for the longest time. These pieces of ice collect all the harmful substances from the water, and by removing them, you will conduct additional cleaning;

4. It is not recommended to store water for storage. Freeze only the daily rate. For one person one liter of water per day is enough.
