How to cook with a recipe:
1. Tomatoes, aubergines and garlic rinse under running water. 2. Tomatoes are scalded with boiling water, remove peel from them and cut into slices with a thickness of 1.5-2 cm. Fold the cut tomatoes into a saucepan and sprinkle with salt. 3. Eggplant cut along, but do not cut through and do not cut them to the end. Inside each eggplant pour a little vegetable oil and pour a pinch of salt. 4. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. On the baking sheet lay eggplants, garlic, tomato slices, sprinkle vegetables on top with vegetable oil and put in the oven for 40 minutes, so that the vegetables become soft. 6. At cooled eggplants we choose a spoon with a spoon: so as not to damage the skin. In garlic, we clean the husks. 7. We prepare the filling: in a bowl we spread the flesh of eggplant, garlic, tomatoes. We grind everything with a knife. Add the vinegar. Solim and pepper to taste. 8. Crush the hard cheese on a medium grater. 9. Eggplant "capacity" is filled with stuffing, sprinkled with chopped cheese and put in the oven, so that the cheese melts slightly. 10. Finished eggplant "frigates" is taken from the oven, sprinkled with chopped herbs and served to the table.
