Stuffed tomatoes This is one of those dishes that always get to fame! The tomatoes become very juicy, and the minced meat is soaked with their juice, in return giving away. You can use any meat to your taste - chicken, pork, beef, you can also take rice or couscous instead of meat, then we will get a more dietary version of this dish. Tomatoes should be chosen with a dense skin, you can even slightly immature.
Ingredients:- Tomatoes 12 pcs.
- Pork pulp 500g
- Onions 1 pc.
- Garlic 1 clove
- Pepper sweet 1 pc.
- Olive oil 75 ml
- Salt 3 pinch
- Pepper black ground 3 pinch
- Step 1 To make baked stuffed tomatoes we need pork, tomatoes, sweet red pepper, onions, garlic, olive oil, salt and black ground pepper.
- Step 2 Cut the meat into small pieces.

- Step 11 Cover the form with foil and bake in the oven at 180 C for about 20 minutes, remove the foil and bake it for about 10 minutes.
