Prunes without pits wash and dry on a towel. From water and sugar, boil the syrup. Put the prunes in the syrup, mix and insist until the syrup cools. Bring to a boil, cook for 15 minutes. Infuse for 3 more hours. Add the cinnamon and cook the jam for 10 minutes. Expand on the banks. Bon Appetit!
