First, pour the prunes with boiling water for a couple of minutes. Get the dough out of the refrigerator. The dough is prepared in advance by leavening, mixed with poppy seeds, butter and sugar (all ingredients and proportions are indicated below). Next we make the filling. To do this, mix in a deep bowl of cottage cheese, chopped prunes, cocoa, 1 egg, sugar and semolina. Shred everything with a blender. Roll out the flat cakes and put them on the filling. Form the buns folded on paper with a baking sheet. Buns bake for 15-20 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
