- Pumpkin puree - 500 Grams

- Apple puree - 1/2 cup
- Coconut milk - 1/2 cup

- Carnation powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Nutmeg - 1/4 Teaspoon
- Chopped chopped - 1/2 cup
In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, coconut milk, maple syrup, apple puree, olive oil, eggs and vanilla essence. Whisk until smooth.
