That's how our raw material looks for our dish. The spectacle is not for the faint-hearted, is not it? :) We clear the brains from the films, after that we soak in cold water for half an hour, changing water every 10 minutes. Put the brains in a saucepan, pour water, add bay leaf, salt, vinegar and pepper peas. Cook for about 20 minutes. Then we throw our brains in a colander, let the water drain, and the brains - cool down. Once again, we thoroughly clean the brains from the films. Then cut each half of the brain in half and dip into a beaten egg. After that, we crash the brains in breadcrumbs. Brain in breading fry on melted butter until a golden crust on both sides. Served with mashed potatoes, vegetables and favorite sauce. Bon Appetit!
