Put coconut milk, cream and sugar in a saucepan. Stir and heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. In a cup, mix water and gelatin. Warm up (30 seconds in the microwave is enough) and mix until gelatin is dissolved. Using a whisk, mix the cream with the gelatin. Pour out the cups and put in the refrigerator. When the jelly freezes, you will only have to cut the mango cubes and put them on top of the jelly. You can serve. Bon Appetit!
