Ingredients:- Round-grain rice 120 g
- Milk 1000 ml
- Sugar 150g
- Apple 2 pcs.
- Salt 1 pinch
- Cinnamon powder 1 tsp.
- Cream 200 ml
- Step 1 To make a dessert, you need apples, rice, milk, sugar, cream, salt and cinnamon.
- Step 2 Pour apples and cut into small pieces.
- Step 3 Bring the milk to a boil, add a little salt (so that milk does not run away) and sugar (one-third or to taste - someone likes it). Add rice, reduce heat and cook, stirring occasionally, for 30-40 minutes, or until cooked.
- Step 4 Put the apples out for a few minutes, until soft.
- Step 5 Melt the sugar on high heat, stirring a little.
- Step 6 When the sugar melts and turns brown, add warmed cream (100 ml) and leave for a few more minutes until caramel is formed.
- Step 7 Add the apples and stir until they are covered with caramel.
- Step 8 Finished rice grind into the cream in a blender or combine, until creamy. Add the remaining 100 ml of cream. If the cream is too thick, add a little milk to get the desired consistency.
- Step 9 Put the apples, rice and apples in layers in a glass. Sprinkle over the cinnamon and put in the refrigerator for the night. Serve cold. Keep refrigerated.
