- mint leaves - 100 Grams
- sugar - 1 st. a spoon
- boiling water - 2 items. spoons
- white wine vinegar - 4 Art. spoons
Mix in a small bowl of sugar and 2 tbsp. l. boiling water until the first is dissolved. Crumble mint leaves. Then pour the mint with sugar syrup and add the wine vinegar. Cover the sauce with a lid and leave for 3 hours before serving to the table.
