"Rusfond" demands from the family of Jeanne Friske to return money

In the Perovo court, the capital began to hear the case of the disappeared millions of Rusfond from the accounts of Zhanna Friske. The charitable foundation filed a lawsuit against the parents of the deceased singer. In a statement, the organization's representatives claim that out of 25 million rubles, only part of the money was spent.

"Rusfond" demands to establish the fate of money, the expenditure of which has never been confirmed by the documentary native stars. Unfortunately, the documents were also not provided to the court. Instead of papers, the lawyers of the Friske family were asked to postpone the trial. During the meeting, the court invited the parents of Jeanne Friske to return the required unconfirmed sum to the accounts of the judicial department. This should be done in order that if the examination reveals the illegal use of charitable means, these funds could be written off from the account. If the examination confirms that the money was legally spent, they will return to the defendant (in this case the parents of the artist).

On the proposal of the judge to make money, the lawyers of the Friske family were asked to postpone the meeting.

Lawyers of "Rusfond" believe that Jeanne Friske's money was cashed

The party of the plaintiff believes that the money from the account of Zhanna Friske, collected through Rusfond, was first transferred to another account, and then cashed. It is interesting that this operation was conducted in foreign currency, although the charity fund received money from the spectators in rubles. The lawyers of Rusfond are asking the court to request information about the movement on the bank accounts of Zhanna Friske.

The lawyer of the family Jeanne said that it is not advisable to provide information about the accounts. Nevertheless, the court found Rusfond's petition justified. For the next meeting, bank statements should be provided. Also, the defendant was asked to have available account statements for the treatment of the singer in Russian and foreign clinics.
