In the evening we eat a salad of halved radish, four radishes, 150 grams of sauerkraut and half a cucumber. As a dressing, you can use yogurt and ground nuts.

Day the 2nd. In the morning we eat a banana and fat-free yogurt with a spoonful of oatmeal. In the afternoon we prepare soup from 200 grams of cabbage, 5 milliliters of apple juice and 100 milliliters of broth on cubes. For five to seven minutes before the end of cooking in the soup, we put 2 pieces of sweet pepper chopped into pieces. In the evening, grill fish fillets, for example, salmon (about 150 gr), and on the side dish will be sauerkraut (about 200 g).

Day 3. For breakfast we eat cottage cheese (about 150 g), sprinkled with sunflower seeds. In the quality of dessert, we indulge in orange. For dinner we prepare a dish of fried fish (150 grams), as a garnish we take sauerkraut - 150 grams. Supper for us will be pancakes of three potatoes and a salad with cabbage (100 grams) and grapes.

Day 4. On this day in the morning we eat a bran bun, 30 grams of cheese (preferably "Gouda") and several apple slices. For dinner, stew gram 200 fried beef fillets with sauerkraut and pineapple. Cabbage needs about 150 grams. In the evening we eat a salad of 3 tomatoes, 120 grams of sliced ​​pork and, of course, sauerkraut (100 gr.)

When you exit the diet, you need to restrain yourself and do not start eating cakes and rolls right away. Immediately after you leave the diet for several days you need to eat porridge with the addition of vegetable oil, fruits, vegetables, and then gradually switch to the usual products.
