With lemons we remove a sharp knife with a zest. Put it in a separate bowl. Then we clean oranges from fibers, membranes and a layer of white skin. We cut the fruit of an orange as you like. In a large saucepan pour 4.5 liters of water and bring to a boil. Then add the sugar, stir until the sugar has completely melted. When the sugar syrup is ready, add the orange peel there and cook for about 15 minutes. Then strain the hot syrup through a sieve in a separate bowl. Then, on clean sterilized jars, lay out the fruits of oranges and pour hot syrup. Welded a peel of oranges. After the oranges with syrup have stuck under the lid for about 15 minutes, drain the syrup back into the pan. Pour the saucepan with the syrup on medium heat for about 10 minutes (from the moment of boiling). After 10 minutes, add 200 grams of honey to the pan. Boil for another 5 minutes, stirring, so that the honey is completely dissolved. And remove the pot from the stove. Hot syrup refills the fruits of oranges. We roll it up. Turned cans are turned over and covered with a warm blanket and leave it for a day.
