Just a little bit of fantasy, a positive attitude and a few affordable and inexpensive cosmetics will allow you to perform a professional SPA program at home. You can relax and even improve your health in this way though daily.

Where to begin

The entire set of required funds can be purchased at any cosmetics store. Need sea salt (it is better to take not perfumed, but with natural essential oils in the composition), lamps with aromasveschami or just candles (better round), aroma oils, natural algae (sold in bags with pressed dried leaves of ordinary sea kale), loofah loofah or sezalya (well suited and natural sea sponge). The rest of the ingredients for preparing baths will be found in the kitchen: honey, milk, oat flakes.

In SPA procedures, the main thing is a relaxed atmosphere: muted lighting, relaxing music, decor elements, and complete retirement from pressing problems. It is important that no one disturbs you so that you have a real opportunity to devote time to yourself, to immerse yourself in the study of your inner world. It is best if you find records of natural sounds of nature: the surf, the forest, the singing of birds. Also, classical music, chosen by you according to your taste, is suitable.

About SPA-procedures in stages

First, pre-cook the aroma flavors, salt, water-soaked algae, aroma oil and a soft terry towel. Go to the shower, during which the whole body massage in circular motions preferably a natural washcloth. With the help of ready-made cosmetics, make a whole body peeling. You can also use self-prepared products from the coffee grounds with large salt or crushed oatmeal.

Turn on the music, light and place the lights or candles. They can be placed in transparent vases or large glasses. It is very important to use the symbols of nature. For example, in prominent places, lay out stones, sprigs of spruce, corals, rose petals, leaves - which you like best. Pour in a bath of comfortable temperature water - 37 °, then add sea salt in it and put algae. Before taking a bath directly, apply a nourishing mask on your face.

In the bath add aroma oil. It is better to pre-drip them into sea salt or dilute in milk, as in water they almost do not dissolve. Quickly restore the strength of the following aromatic composition: take two drops of bergamot and lemon, 4 drops of grapefruit oil and 3 drops of geranium oil. There are compositions for weight loss: 2 drops of cypress oil and dill sweet, a drop of rosemary; or 2 drops of geranium, black pepper and lemon; or 2 drops of juniper, ginger and mint. The following composition will support the body after a long illness: 2 drops of lavender, 3 drops of rosemary, 2 drops of eucalyptus, a drop of mint and cinnamon. Take a bath no more than 20 minutes, as the level of moisture inside the cells begins to decrease. Also, pressure will start to increase, which affects the heart and the skin condition, which loses its natural protective layer.

After taking a bath wrapped in a terry towel, wash off the face mask and proceed to a light massage of the feet. You can use an anti-cellulite tool for the thighs and buttocks, a special cream for strengthening the vessels in the calves, as well as a nourishing and antiseptic cream for the feet. Begin the massage from the ankle joint to the lowest third of the thigh, then rub the calves with both hands. Gradually move from the calves above. During the massage, stroke, knead and rub your legs. Finish the procedure by stroking the entire leg with both hands - from the knee joint to the groin area. Thoroughly knead your feet and toes, paying special attention to the very arch of the foot. At the end of the massage, apply a cream on the face, neck and décolletage zone and wrap in a warm dressing gown. In the end, treat yourself to green tea, your favorite fresh or a cocktail of mineral water with lime and mint ice. A feeling of complete peace and happiness will be provided to you!
