Thanks to such games and activities, children and adolescents begin to shape their interests and decide what they want to do in the future. 2. The research stage. This stage lasts for nine years - from fifteen to twenty-four. At this point in his life, a young man tries to understand clearly what exactly he has needs and interests, what are the basic values ​​in life and what opportunities are opened to achieve certain tasks. It is at this stage that most people consciously or subconsciously conduct self-analysis and choose exactly the profession that best suits them. At the age of twenty-four, most young people receive education in accordance with their chosen profession.

3. Stage of career hardening. This stage lasts from twenty-five to forty-four years. He is the main in the formation of man, as a professional in his business. It is during this period that people make every effort to take their rightful place on the career ladder and gain respect from their boss and employees. It is worth noting that in the first half of this stage, people change their place of activity and, sometimes, even study a new specialty, because they understand that the one chosen by them, in fact, does not fit. But, already in the second half of this stage, everyone is trying to keep the place of work and do not change the occupation. By the way, it is believed that the years from thirty-five to forty-four are the most creative in the lives of many. It is during this period that people stop looking for themselves, they begin to understand that they are doing exactly what they want and determine, how best to achieve the highest results.

4. The stage of preservation of the achieved. It takes from forty-five to sixty-four years. At this time, any person wants to preserve their place and position in the production or service. They begin to appreciate and rethink everything that they achieved at the previous stage. That is why, at this period, people are worst of all experiencing firing and lowering. For them, such an event becomes a real stress, which is extremely difficult to survive. Often there are cases when a person falls into depression, starts to abuse drugs and alcohol because he was lowered in the service or was fired from his job. Therefore, being a boss, you need to be very careful with people who are in this life stage and never rush to fire or lower them unless, of course, there are really good reasons for this.

5. The phase of decline. This is the last stage, which begins after sixty-five years. At this age, a person is already beginning to realize that his mental and physical powers are waning, and he can not achieve what he was able to do earlier and constantly at the necessary level. Therefore, people are already ceasing to think about a career and begin to engage in activities that correspond to their mental and physical abilities for a given period. Over time, the opportunities for people are more and more reduced, so, in the end, the activity is almost completely ceased.

It is interesting that the crisis moments associated with the periods of age development, partially coincide with those crises that occur in the professional activity of a person. For example, the first crisis occurs when a person begins to learn how to live independently and, at the same time, begins his professional activity. Just then, many begin to doubt their abilities and talents, trying to adapt. During this period, you need to stop fearing and doubting yourself. At this age, you can easily finish your education and re-learn. Therefore, you need to try yourself in different areas and look for exactly what fits most.

In the next period of life, a person needs to feel that he is achieving something. Therefore, for four to five years after the final definition of the profession, everyone needs to achieve some result in professional activity. If this does not happen, a person begins to reproach himself and humiliate morally. Therefore, in the case when this happens, something must be changed abruptly: find new solutions, change jobs, or achieve stability at the level of development on which it already exists. Otherwise, professional activity will affect a person destructively.
