There also add the melted butter. We mix it well. Squeeze into the curd mass juice of half a lemon (if desired, in the old Ukrainian recipe, of course, there could not be any lemons). Add the vanilla sugar. There we add flour. Finally, we introduce proteins into the curd mixture and mix everything thoroughly. As a result, you should get such a soft, beautiful dough. Carefully shift the dough into a prepared form. Level the top. We put in the oven, heated to 190 degrees, and bake for 15 minutes, after which we lower the temperature to 175 degrees and bake for 45 minutes. We remove the prepared cheese cake from the oven, remove it from the mold and cool it to room temperature. Ideally, that he would stand the night in the fridge - the next morning will only taste better. The next morning it will only be to cut our cheese cake and serve it with tea or coffee.
