Tavolga: recipes of folk medicine

You can harvest grass in summer and autumn. During the flowering period, the ground part of the plant is dried, and the roots in autumn. Storage of dried thickets should not exceed one year, otherwise it will have no positive effect when applied.

Recipe 1: for colds, bronchitis, rheumatism and other joint diseases.

  1. 2 tbsp. spoons of fresh well-ground grass or 1 tbsp. l. dry pour a glass of boiling water;

  3. Use inside 1/3 cup three times a day for 30 minutes before eating.

Recipe 2: with hypertension.

  3. After this, infuse for 60 minutes in a sealed container;
  4. Take 2-3 tbsp. spoons for half an hour before meals 3 times a day.

  1. Take 1 teaspoon of dry leaves of grass, pour a glass of boiling water and insist 5-7 minutes;
