If your feet sweat strongly, try to lower them alternately in two basins with water, in one basin there should be cold water, and in the second one it should be hot. A contrast shower will help with increased sweating of the whole body, taking a shower is best in the morning, immediately after waking up, and in the evening just before bed.

And finally, to get rid of excessive sweating of the palms, use special lotions. You can also try to lubricate the hands with a 2% solution of salicylic acid. In ancient times, this problem was solved with a special powder with tannin or zinc oxide.
