Puff pastry is rolled into a thin layer, from which, using a large cup or a glass, we cut out the circles. In the center of each circle, we spread a little of our stuffing, after which we turn off the patty. An important point - you need to fold the cakes so that there is a small hole at the top. For clarity, look at the photo. Spread the patties on a baking tray, lightly oiled. Every bit of patty is smeared with a beaten egg. We put the pan in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degrees. We eat and enjoy :)
