Almond-pear fritters Today we are preparing pancakes from whole-grain flour, with almonds, pears and cinnamon. The recipe also has brown sugar, it gives caramel flavor (if not, then you can replace it with ordinary sugar). To strengthen the almond flavor, you can add natural almond extract. Perfectly combined with honey and almond petals.
Ingredients:- Flour, wheat, whole-grain 200 g
- Almond petals 20 g
- Olive oil 4 tbsp. l.
- Lemon juice 10 ml
- Brown sugar 100 g
- Flour, almond 100 g
- Corn starch 10 g
- Cinnamon powder 1 tsp.
- Soda 1 tsp.
- Pear 3 pcs.
- Milk 100 ml
- Water 200 ml
- Step 1 For the preparation you will need: whole wheat flour, almond flour, milk, sugar, ground cinnamon, starch, soda, lemon juice, butter, pears, water and for sprinkling almond petals.
- Step 2 Pears wash, peel and cut into slices.
- Step 3 Put in a blender, add 3 tbsp. l. water and chop the mashed potatoes.
- Step 4 Mix the pear puree with milk.
- Step 5 In a separate bowl, mix all the dry ingredients (except soda) and mix.
- Step 6 In a dry mixture, pour in a pear smoothie with milk, soda to extinguish with lemon juice and mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
- Step 7 Leave for 20 minutes, then cover the bowl. Then add water and bring to the consistency of thick sour cream.
- Step 8 Heat the frying pan with oil and apply 1-2 tbsp. l. test. Fry fritters on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.
- Step 9 Put the fritters on a plate, serve with honey and almond petals.
