This year, L'Oreal Professionnel and Wella Proffesionals - two large companies of the beauty industry - acted as exclusive world sponsors of the 20th world congress of Intercoiffure Mondial.
The performance of the Russian team "Golden League" was planned for the final. President of Intercoiffure Russia Alexander Mysin understood the importance of Russia in this show. For six months, began to prepare a Russian show. The designer of the costumes was a young and talented fashion designer Ilya Makarov. The script writing and selection of the phonogram was entrusted to the director Nikolay Zatylkin, known in hairdressing circles. And, of course, our magnificent members of the "Golden League" Russia, without talent and irrepressible energy of which, our show would not be so magnificent: Yegor Molodkin, Alla Nikitina, Valery Lazarev, Anastasia Panasenko, Igor Kulakhmetov. Already from the first seconds the hall froze. The golden domes of temples, wide expanses, the greatness of Russia presented on the screen, amazed everyone. The dance group "Mirage" surprised the audience with a laconic combination of Russian folk dances and modern culture. The release of the beautiful models was greeted with stormy applause. However, the most interesting part of the show was yet to come. The final output of models with stylized braids in boyar clothes and the central model with a decoration made of natural hair, created by Valery Lazarev, in the form of gold domes of the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, caused a storm of applause, the audience applauded standing up to the exclamation "bravo", met our "Golden League" Russia. Russian stylists were happy with such success, waving Russian flags from the stage, they welcomed guests from 52 countries.
The grandiose part of the XX International Congress was the show and the program for juniors. After all, the main task and Intercoiffure Mondial, and Intercoiffure Russia is to support and promote the younger generation. For them, excursions to the main attractions of Rio were organized: Mount Corcovada, on which stands the famous statue of Christ the Savior, the quaint labyrinth of islands and the rock of Pan-de-Asukar (Ras de Asucar - Sugar Loaf); daily seminars and master classes. Our country was honored to represent the winners of the Russian competition 2007. Two young masters, Nadezhda Krysenko and Ksenia Sivets, had a rare chance to acquaint the world with their work and to perform with dignity among the youth of the world.
