In absolutely hermetic and sterile conditions, it is heated in about three to four seconds to a temperature of 135-137 ° C and is also cooled rapidly. Thus, with the help of such technology, on the one hand, milk is cleared of extraneous microflora, and on the other hand it retains its useful properties with the minimum losses.

Please note that ultra-pasteurized milk has a special packaging. It consists of several layers of cardboard, foil and polyethylene food. Such packaging is very convenient and reliable, as it protects milk from heat and air. Due to this, even at room temperature in a closed bag, the product can be stored for a long time. If the package is already open and its tightness has been violated - milk should be stored only in the refrigerator and no more than four to five days. In boiling, such milk does not need.
