Ingredients : eggs - 5 pieces, sour cream - 2 cups, flour - 630 gr., Sugar - 375 gr., 2 tbsp. spoons of cocoa parashka, half a pack of butter, 1 teaspoon of soda, vinegar, or 1.5 - 2 teaspoons of baking powder and vanillin.

For the glaze will need: 4 tbsp. l. milk, 2 tbsp. l. cocoa, 75 g. oil, 80 gr. Sahara.

To prepare the dough , the softened oil should be grinded with 0.5 cups of sugar. The rest of the sugar is beaten with eggs, and then add sour cream, flour and butter, and in the end add a little vanilla and soda vinegar. If instead of soda use a baking powder, it is initially mixed with flour. Dividing the dough into two equal parts, cocoa is added to one. In the form greased with oil, pour the dough first a spoonful of white, and then a spoonful of black, etc. After the dough is laid out in a mold, it is sent to the oven for 45-60 minutes and baked at a temperature of 180-200. The degree of readiness of the cake is checked with a match, if there is no dough at the end of the match, it means it has completely been baked. The cake is cut along, so that the two halves will turn out, and soak them with sour cream: 1 glass of sour cream + half a glass of sugar, which is beaten until the grains of sugar disappear.
