Who instead of Julia Samoilova will perform in Kiev at the Eurovision 2017?

The Russian organizers of the contest faced a difficult choice: to boycott the Eurovision Song Contest in 2017 in Kiev, or to offer a new participant who will host the Ukrainian authorities and who will go to Eurovision 2017 instead of Yuliya Samoilova.

Press secretary of Vladimir Putin Dmitry Peskov spoke about the possible replacement of Yulia Samoilova:
I do not know about the decision of our organizers, but, as far as I understand, there is no such option as a replacement

No changes are planned by the Russian side - Julia Samoilova is still ready to perform at Eurovision 2017 in Kiev. By the way, the leadership of the First Channel reported that if Kiev does not change its decision, Samoilova will go outside the competition to represent Russia at the Eurovision Song Contest 2018.

It should be noted that without participation in the contest of Julia Samoilova, Russian TV channels will not broadcast "Eurovision 2017".

The European Broadcasting Union invited Julia Samoilova to speak at the Eurovision in Kiev remotely: the reaction of the Russian side

The organizers of the Eurovision Song Contest had to find a way out of the current situation in a hurry. The European Broadcasting Union (EBU) published its decision on the official page of the competition. For the first time in 60 years since the founding of "Eurovision", its organizers proposed to back away from the rules and broadcast the speech of Yulia Samoilova via satellite. Thus, Julia Samoilova can take part in the "Eurovision-2017". Not waiting for the decision of the First Channel, which was asked to provide such a broadcast, the representatives of Kiev hastened to declare their disagreement. In Twitter, Vice-Premier of Ukraine Vyacheslav Kirilenko, the following entry appeared:
The translation of Samoilova's speech by Ukrainian television channels is a violation of Ukrainian laws, as well as her entry to Ukraine. [European Broadcasting Union] EBU should take this into account
However, the First Channel has already officially announced that it refuses the EBU proposal, suggesting that the organizers act exclusively within the rules established by the competition:
... Yulia Samoilova's refusal to enter the territory of Ukraine violates the rules of the competition. We consider the offer of distance participation strange and refuse it, as it certainly contradicts the very meaning of the event, the strict rule of which is the live performance on the stage of Eurovision. We believe that the European Broadcasting Union should not invent new rules for the Russian participant in 2017 and is able to hold a competition in accordance with its own rules.
