We beat the butter with sugar at an average speed of the mixer for about 2-3 minutes. Add vanilla extract and egg, lightly beat. Meanwhile, in another bowl, sift flour, add salt. In small portions, we add flour to the cream mixture, whilst still whipping. Beat the dough until it is crumbly. Divide the dough into two parts. We give the shape of a flat cake, wrapped in a plastic bag and sent to the refrigerator for an hour. We take the dough out of the refrigerator, roll it into a thin layer on the surface, sprinkled with flour. Using special molds, we cut out the necessary figures from the dough. You can just cut rectangles, mugs or whatever your heart desires :) Put the cookies on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper, and bake for 8-10 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees. Homemade cookies are ready.
